At Mestiza Filipina, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our contemporary heritage wear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment is not the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all traditional embroidery and delicate fabrics are protected and tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Shipment

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned garment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
